"Celebrate Christmas" is offered to NCTA members and their State and Regional affiliates at a discounted rate so that members can resell the books (the covers have no price listed). We are including all content contributors free in the Resource Section in the book with contact information and a small classified ad at no charge. Members can include hours of operation, website, address, specials, etc.

The books are being distributed worldwide and invite holiday travelers to visit members in the Resource Section and celebrate Christmas with a visit to their tree farms and / or places of operations. Pre-orders for "Celebrate Christmas"  are accepted to reserve copies for Fall shipping.
