General Cleaning Services

Bill's helpers can include family members (i.e. his adult son, Will, and his son's fiancée, Taryn) and close family friend Nate, so there’s no need to worry about strangers being there each time.

He brings his own equipment and supplies to use, unless you’d prefer that he use yours. He carries basic items like a sweeper, bags & belts, Windex, Murphy’s Oil Soap, and Chlorox-Cleanup, but no abrasives unless you request this.

The cleaning agenda includes:

• In Bathrooms: Thorough cleaning, washing floors by hand.
   
• In Hallways / Entryways: Sweeping and mopping or vacuuming, dusting any furniture there, cleaning mirrors, checking for cobwebs.
   
• In kitchens: cleaning countertops, scrubbing sinks, wiping out the microwave and shining up appliances, sweeping and mopping.
   
• In other rooms: sweeping / vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass items like tv screen and mirrors, and dusting blinds & checking for cobwebs. Customization available, no problem - just ask!
   

Other Business Details

• To point out specific problem areas or note any special items, a brief note left on the kitchen counter or table with payment in check or cash works fine. Or call ahead, no problem.
   
• For lengthy descriptions, calls ahead are appreciated to avoid miscommunications and timing delays between daily appointments.
   
• Reminder calls are placed the day before (unless you prefer other arrangements).
   
• A 2-week notice (or more) of cancellation or changes is appreciated to allow time for replacement scheduling.
   
• There are no contracts or anything to sign. After a free estimate where Bill discusses the clean with you and gives you a price, he’ll clean for you one time at that agreed price, and you can see if he meets your needs or if you need adjustments or any kind. After that (and even before if you’re worried about room or a certain days) he can add you to his schedule.
   
• At this time, an average clean for a family home runs from approximately a $75 to $95 range per clean, plus tax. Call for accurate pricing to fit your budget.
